This is a permanent Senior Associate opportunity to take genuine carriage of deals and build direct client relationships, rather than simply executing under a partner's file.

What you'll bring
• Significant experience in M&A transactions at Senior Associate level
• Current Australian practising certificate
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proven ability to lead transactions and mentor junior lawyers
