What Will You Be Doing:

• Delivering personalised counselling and case management to support individuals with diverse psychological, physical, and social barriers impacting their return to health and meaningful employment.
• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial, initial needs, and vocational assessments, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional reporting.
• Identifying psychosocial and vocational barriers to employment and developing tailored rehabilitation strategies that promote sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
• Liaising with key stakeholders including employers, treating health professionals, insurers, and support networks to coordinate effective and holistic rehabilitation plans.
• Providing vocational counselling and career guidance to assist clients in achieving purposeful and realistic employment pathways.
• Developing strong therapeutic alliances with clients while fostering professional relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication and service excellence.
• Maintaining accurate and timely case notes and reports in alignment with legislative, funding, and ethical standards.

What you need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Must hold registration with either AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA.
• A current Australian driver's licence
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
