What You Will Be Doing: Injury Management & Rehabilitation Consulting

• Support individuals recovering from workplace injuries through tailored return-to-work programs
• Deliver specialist technical advice to clients, insurers, and key stakeholders
• Manage your own caseload and schedule with true autonomy
• Conduct assessments, attend case conferences, and implement sustainable recovery strategies
• Work across Workers Compensation, ComCare and non-compensation settings

Who You Are You’re someone who builds strong relationships with ease, empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about supporting injured workers through their recovery. You enjoy balancing independence with teamwork and take pride in delivering high-quality service.
You will thrive here if you are:

• Skilled in communication and stakeholder engagement
• Passionate about helping clients return to meaningful activity
• Comfortable managing your own workload and working autonomously
• Motivated by purpose, integrity, and genuine connection

What You Will Need

• Tertiary qualification as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist
• Full professional registration (ESSA, AHPRA, ASORC)
• Current police clearance 
• Valid driver’s licence
