Are you a Registered Psychologist, Clinical Counsellor, or experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor looking to take the next step in your career? With recent growth across NSW, our client is looking for passionate professionals to help shape their continued success.

What you will be doing: Clinical Counselling:

• Support clients through emotional and psychological challenges post-injury or illness, focusing on return-to-work (RTW) goals
• Address mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, and trauma in a supportive environment
• Collaborate with allied health professionals to design holistic RTW plans

Rehabilitation Consulting:

• Manage caseloads and deliver tailored recovery strategies
• Conduct Initial Needs and Vocational Assessments
• Attend case conferences and liaise with medical and insurance stakeholders
• Identify RTW barriers and develop sustainable, client-centred solutions

Why this role:

• Up to $125,000 base salary + 20% quarterly performance bonus
• $2,000 annual CPD allowance
• Hybrid flexibility: 2 days in co-working office, 3 days WFH

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full AHPRA registration (Psychology) or membership with ASORC, PACFA, or ACA (Level 3 or 4)
• Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia
