What Will You Be Doing: - Delivering personalised support to help individuals return to meaningful work after injury or illness
- Conducting functional, psychosocial, and workplace assessments to understand barriers and capabilities
- Liaising with doctors, allied health providers, insurers, and employers to coordinate recovery
- Attending workplaces to gain a real-world understanding of job demands
- Providing clinical opinions and writing clear, outcome-focused reports
- Designing and implementing RTW plans aligned with both medical advice and client goals
- Educating employers on best practices in injury prevention and workplace wellness
- Managing complex cases with empathy, clarity, and expert judgement

What You Will Need: - AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- A passion for client-centred rehab and return-to-work success
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Australian working rights and a current driver's licence (with comprehensive insurance)
