Job Description

Ready to step into a senior role where your expertise is truly recognised, and your growth is actively supported? This national provider is where impact meets inspiration.

Our client is a dynamic and innovation-led provider of occupational rehabilitation services, proudly partnering with some of Australia’s most prominent insurers, Federal and State departments, and the Department of Veteran Affairs. They maintain a close-knit and supportive culture that feels boutique—despite their national footprint.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals (5–30+ years in the industry) in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment that truly values innovation, professional development, and work-life balance in Penrith!

Whether you’re looking to deepen your leadership, enjoy unmatched flexibility, or elevate your clinical influence—this opportunity delivers.

What Will You Be Doing:
  • Delivering personalised support to help individuals return to meaningful work after injury or illness
  • Conducting functional, psychosocial, and workplace assessments to understand barriers and capabilities
  • Liaising with doctors, allied health providers, insurers, and employers to coordinate recovery
  • Attending workplaces to gain a real-world understanding of job demands
  • Providing clinical opinions and writing clear, outcome-focused reports
  • Designing and implementing RTW plans aligned with both medical advice and client goals
  • Educating employers on best practices in injury prevention and workplace wellness
  • Managing complex cases with empathy, clarity, and expert judgement
Why Join Us?
  • Above-Market Salary up to $125,000 + industry-leading performance bonuses
  • 8 additional leave days including 4 “You Days”, paid study leave, pet & volunteer leave
  • Mentorship-focused culture – all managers have 5–30+ years’ experience
  • Professional development: Ongoing learning, formal training, and leadership opportunities
  • Hybrid work flexibility – office, WFH, and field-based balance
  • Access to pool cars, fully equipped with laptop and smartphone
  • Tailored support for a diverse and inclusive workforce
What You Will Need:
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration
  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • A passion for client-centred rehab and return-to-work success
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Australian working rights and a current driver's licence (with comprehensive insurance)
