Are you ready to grow your career while helping others do the same? Our client, a nationally recognised and diversity-driven provider, is expanding their ACT team and seeking a Team Leader to guide and grow a group of talented Rehabilitation Consultants.

This is your chance to lead with empathy, drive excellence in service delivery, and contribute to a workplace that prioritises inclusion, collaboration, and community impact.

What You Will Be Doing: Team Leadership + Rehab Consulting
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to a team of Rehabilitation Consultants
  • Oversee team performance and ensure quality service outcomes
  • Support and grow customer relationships through exceptional engagement
  • Maintain your own caseload of injury management and return-to-work services
  • Explore new business opportunities and growth pathways
  • Conduct vocational, initial needs, and case management assessments
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary stakeholders including insurers, GPs, employers and allied health teams

What You Will Need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration with AHPRA, ASORC, RCAA, or relevant board
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation, workers comp, or WHS
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A passion for team building, mentoring, and service excellence
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • A genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural respect
