  • Complete a range of assessments – Including Initial Needs Assessments, Vocational Assessments, Workplace Assessments and other relevant functional or psychosocial assessments.
  • Deliver vocational counselling – Support injured workers with goal setting, career planning, adjustment to injury, confidence building, upskilling and pathway development.
  • Facilitate recovery-focused interventions – Coordinate wellbeing programs, training, workplace supports and other services that promote functional improvement and work readiness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders – Collaborate with workers, employers, insurers, medical practitioners and allied health professionals to drive strong communication and aligned outcomes.
  • Provide senior-level support – Share your expertise with consultants, assist with complex cases and contribute to quality outcomes across the team.
  • Build leadership capability – Step into a pathway designed to develop your skills in mentoring, coaching, stakeholder management and team performance.
What’s on Offer?
  • Above-award salary – Earn up to $120K + super + generous performance-based bonuses, with the opportunity to earn an additional $16K–$20K per year.
  • Annual salary reviews – Be recognised and rewarded for your contributions.
Travel allowance – Get paid to travel while making a real impact in the community.
  • Leadership training to accelerate your growth – Develop the confidence and capability to step into a Team Leader position.
  • Flexible work arrangements – Work-from-home options and customised schedules to support work-life balance.
  • Wellness perks – Access to wellbeing initiatives, nutrition coaching and Employee Assistance Program support.
  • Diversity & Inclusion – Be part of a large, supportive multidisciplinary team with corporate and social events.
  • Leadership pathways – Join a business with a strong track record of internal promotion and career progression.
