About the Position: This is a career-defining opportunity for a
Senior Associate to join a premier
Commercial Property practice based in Brisbane, with a genuine commitment to
flexibility and work-from-home options. You’ll be supported by a progressive leadership team and a leading Partner, renowned for their work in high-value leasing and property development matters.
You’ll play a key role in complex transactions involving:
- Major commercial, retail, and rural property acquisitions
- Structured title developments and mixed-use projects
- Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing portfolios
- Liquor licensing, gaming law, and strategic planning advice
- Due diligence for large infrastructure and capital projects
This role allows you to enjoy the challenge of top-tier work while benefiting from a

Key Requirements: - At least 3-5 years PAE in commercial property or real estate law
- Exposure to complex transactions, leasing, and structured titling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bonus if you have experience in rural acquisitions or liquor licensing
