About the Position: Our client is offering a rare opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join their WRES team with
genuine flexibility built into the role. Whether you prefer working remotely, in the office, or a mix of both — your lifestyle and preferences are respected here.
You'll handle a broad and engaging range of matters including:
- Employment advisory services and compliance
- Workplace investigations and unfair dismissal matters
- Enterprise agreements and industrial negotiations
- WHS litigation and risk management
This team embraces open communication, peer support, and a low-ego culture. You’ll be encouraged to work autonomously while having full access to knowledgeable colleagues and approachable Partners who lead by example.
Key Requirements: - 3–5 years PAE in Employment or WHS Law
- Experience in managing a mix of advisory and contentious matters
- Confidence in delivering high-quality legal advice to diverse clients
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for flexible working
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
