About the Role: This Litigation Associate position is ideal for a lawyer with 4+ years of post-admission experience looking to work in a top-tier environment without compromising lifestyle. You’ll handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters, partner with industry leaders, and enjoy the benefits of a firm that genuinely values flexibility, wellness, and work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex litigation files including commercial and regulatory disputes
  • Collaborate closely with Partners and senior lawyers on legal strategy
  • Draft legal documents and court submissions at a high standard
  • Engage in discovery, mediation, and court hearings
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture and firm-wide initiatives
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution (private practice preferred experience)
  • Strong technical drafting and legal analysis skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Positive, adaptable attitude with a collaborative approach
  • Interest in contributing to a culture of wellness and work-life balance
