About the role

You’ll work with injured workers across Workers Compensation and WID matters, combining technical legal work with clear, calm client guidance.

• Manage and assist on plaintiff workplace injury claims
• Prepare Workers Compensation and Work Injury Damages matters
• Take instructions and advise clients on process and options
• Review medical evidence, liability material and claim documents
• Draft correspondence and legal documents
• Liaise with insurers, medical experts, counsel and stakeholders
• Progress matters towards strong, practical outcomes

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years PAE as a Personal Injury Lawyer
• Workers Compensation experience
• Work Injury Damages experience or exposure
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised file management and drafting ability
• A calm, empathetic and commercially sensible approach
• Genuine interest in plaintiff personal injury law
