The Role!

A rare opportunity exists for a Senior Family Lawyer to join their growing Brisbane practice. In this role, you will:

• Handle a diverse range of complex family law matters, including:
  • High-net-worth divorces & separations
  • Property settlements & financial agreements
  • Parenting disputes & child support
  • Spousal maintenance & de facto matters
• Advise private and commercial clients, offering strategic and tailored solutions
• Take on leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior lawyers and shaping the firm's family law division
• Work closely with senior partners and a highly experienced legal team
• Play a key role in business development, networking, and client engagement

What You Bring

• 6+ years PAE in family law, with strong experience in complex matters
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships with a commercial mindset
