About the Role A fantastic opportunity is available for a Senior Associate Family Lawyer with at least four years of post-admission experience to join our client’s Gold Coast team.

In this role, you will provide expert legal advice across a variety of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Property settlements and financial agreements
• Parenting disputes and child support matters
• De facto and same-sex relationship matters
• Relocation and intervention orders

You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from a strong support network. This position also offers opportunities for business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Key Requirements!

• Admitted to practice in Australia with at least four years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice)
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and provide strategic legal advice
• Strong client management, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Experience in business development and referral network growth
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Commercially minded with strong time management skills
