Key Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, and parenting disputes
• Prepare legal documents, court applications, and attend hearings
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings
• Provide strategic legal advice with sensitivity and professionalism
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients

Requirements:

• Minimum  3+ years PAE in family law
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Experience managing a diverse caseload of family law matters
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
