This National Organisation is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide mentoring to their Junior and New Graduate Speech Pathologists. This is an incredibly rewarding role, helping others grow professionally and clinically. 

You will be joining a company who are connected by their commitment to care, quality, results and innovation. The successful applicant will be supported by a National Speech Pathologist Manager with extensive experience across disability. 

This provider has a focus on learning and training with individual and group supervision as well as regular discipline-specific meetings. Applicants can be based anywhere in Sydney with both full-time and part-time options. 

As a Clinical Supervisor your responsibilities will include: 
  • Your week will be split into 2 days supervising and 3 days clinical - this is negotiable for part-time applicants
  • Providing clinical supervision to New Grad/Junior Speech Pathologists 
  • Opportunities to engage in recruitment of new staff
  • Manage a reduced caseload of mixed ages disability with opportunities to tailor this to your interest area
  • Provide client-driven, evidence-based therapy services to clients in their home and community environments, focusing on their personal goal attainment
  • Self-manage your day-to-day client activities to support positive outcomes for your clients and their families
  • The company has an office location in North Sydney
  • You will be supported by the National Speech Pathologist Manager

Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
