This is a long-term opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who wants more than “just a caseload”. You’ll be supported to build expertise, broaden your clinical scope (including AAC/complex disability), and progress into mentoring or leadership as the team grows. 

Salary

$90,000 - $125,000 + Super + Relocation Support + Car 

Caseloads

• 80% NDIS-funded, 20% private (incl. GP plans)
• Paediatric mix: mild delays through to complex/multiple disabilities (AAC, equipment)
• Clinic-first delivery with school visits + occasional regional travel (fleet vehicles available)

Requirements
