Our client is a long-standing, locally owned pharmacy group with multiple locations across Bendigo in regional Victoria. Structured around community ownership, the group reinvests back into local health services rather than answering to a distant head office, giving pharmacists a genuine sense of purpose alongside broad clinical variety across dispensing, vaccination and other professional pharmacy services.

Two part-time Pharmacist positions are available, working alongside dispensary technicians and pharmacy assistants and reporting to the Pharmacy Manager. Core duties span dispensing and dispensing checks, patient counselling on prescription and over-the-counter medicines, and delivery of professional services such as vaccinations and dose administration aid packing. The roster includes some after-hours and weekend rotation, so it suits a pharmacist looking for flexible, ongoing part-time hours rather than a rigid nine-to-five.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current general registration with AHPRA (Pharmacy Board of Australia), unrestricted
• Experience in community or hospital dispensing
• Professional indemnity cover (PDL or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-focused care
