About the Role An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join a busy community pharmacy in the Moreton Bay (North) region. You will take charge of daily operations, managing two other pharmacists while working alongside a supportive retail manager. With a strong emphasis on leadership, professional services, and patient care, this is a fantastic chance to step into a pivotal management position in a progressive pharmacy environment.
What's on Offer - $60-$65 per hour + super
- Full-time role: Monday-Friday plus alternating weekends
- Leadership responsibility managing 2 pharmacists + team support
- Work with MINFOS dispensing system

Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily dispensary and pharmacy operations
- Manage, mentor and support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and deliver patient counselling
- Provide vaccinations and professional pharmacy services
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and legislation
- Collaborate with retail manager and owners to achieve business goals
What You'll Need - Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
- Proven experience as a Pharmacist Manager
- Immunisation accreditation
- Experience using MINFOS software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced pharmacy
