About the Role: - Conduct assessments to understand clients' abilities, needs, and limitations.
- Develop personalised rehabilitation plans with clear, achievable goals.
- Address psychological barriers impacting return to work (RTW).
- Provide mental health support to help clients manage their conditions.
- Work with healthcare providers, employers, and stakeholders to ensure effective rehabilitation.
- Assist clients in exploring new career options and provide job placement guidance.
- Educate clients and families about the rehabilitation process while advocating for their rights.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Offer crisis intervention and connect clients with emergency services when required.

What you will need:
- Australian recognised degree qualifications & registration in Psychology/Provisional Psychology or Rehab Counselling (AHPRA / ASORC)
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
