About the Role:
  • Conduct assessments to understand clients' abilities, needs, and limitations.
  • Develop personalised rehabilitation plans with clear, achievable goals.
  • Address psychological barriers impacting return to work (RTW).
  • Provide mental health support to help clients manage their conditions.
  • Work with healthcare providers, employers, and stakeholders to ensure effective rehabilitation.
  • Assist clients in exploring new career options and provide job placement guidance.
  • Educate clients and families about the rehabilitation process while advocating for their rights.
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Offer crisis intervention and connect clients with emergency services when required.

What you will need:
  • Australian recognised degree qualifications & registration in Psychology/Provisional Psychology or Rehab Counselling (AHPRA / ASORC)
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
