Your Impact in This Role:

• Lead end-to-end case management and coordinate personalised rehabilitation services that empower clients through every stage of recovery.
• Support individuals in regaining their functional independence, facilitating successful return-to-work outcomes through tailored interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive workplace and functional assessments to identify needs, capabilities, and potential challenges.
• Uncover and address barriers to return-to-work (RTW) by applying a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Design and implement customised rehabilitation plans that promote sustainable workplace reintegration for injured workers.
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, offering clear, practical recommendations and facilitating positive, goal-oriented outcomes.

What You Will Need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
