Your Impact in This Role: - Lead end-to-end case management and coordinate personalised rehabilitation services that empower clients through every stage of recovery.
- Support individuals in regaining their functional independence, facilitating successful return-to-work outcomes through tailored interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive workplace and functional assessments to identify needs, capabilities, and potential challenges.
- Uncover and address barriers to return-to-work (RTW) by applying a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Design and implement customised rehabilitation plans that promote sustainable workplace reintegration for injured workers.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, offering clear, practical recommendations and facilitating positive, goal-oriented outcomes.
Why This Role: - Salary above market up to $115,000k + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus structure.

What You Will Need: - Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
