What you will be doing:

Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services

• Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
• Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
• Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace
• Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients

What you need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
• Full AHPRA registration, ASORC or ESSA
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
