As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you play a pivotal role in shaping the recovery journeys of those you support. Far beyond just contributing to their rehabilitation, you serve as a strategic leader, guiding and mentoring both participants and junior consultants through complex and often challenging processes. What you will be doing:

• Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
• Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
• Conducting assessments to guide clients toward new career paths
• Collaborating with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
• Developing graduated return-to-work plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals
• Case managing complex physical and psychological issues and coordinating with treating health professionals

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist or  Exercise Physiology
• Full AHPRA or ESSA Registration 
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
• A commitment to excellence, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
