About the Position:
Our client is seeking a skilled
Client Services Manager to become a central part of their
Litigation division, supporting daily operations and client engagement across complex matters in
Commercial and Estate Litigation. Acting as a liaison between potential clients, referrers, and legal staff, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing new enquiries, preparing for consultations, and ensuring a smooth client journey from initial contact to resolution.
The role includes client communications, appointment scheduling, administrative coordination, and involvement in paralegal support tasks. You will work closely with a Litigation team comprising Partners, Senior Associates, Lawyers, Graduates, and Paralegals – a collaborative unit that thrives on delivering results and supporting one another.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound client and referrer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate bookings and maintain lawyer calendars
- Gather and record accurate client information and case details
- Provide paralegal assistance including drafting, data entry, and case preparation
- Support marketing efforts within the Litigation department
- Liaise with clients, witnesses, and stakeholders
- Assist the department manager with daily operations and reporting
Key Requirements: - Previous experience (2 Years+) in client services, legal admin, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- A compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LEAP and CRM platforms (advantageous but not essential)
- Confidence in using modern technology and legal practice systems
