About the position:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, driven and ambitious team that enjoys working with both local and international clients on various Building & Construction projects.
  
Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Draft construction agreements for developers.
  • Review and negotiate contracts for builders and subcontractors.
  • Handle construction disputes including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, providing strategic advice and representation.
  • Advising on security claims, injunctions, and protection work issues.
  • Provide legal support throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring all legal aspects are managed effectively.
Qualifications & experience required:
  • 3+ years’ PAE in construction law, with a proven track record of handling complex construction matters (ideally front-end).
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. 
  • Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
