A respected and progressive law firm in Miranda is seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity to take carriage of high-quality private client matters, working with a loyal and sophisticated client base across the Sutherland Shire and broader Sydney market.

About the Role

This position will see you managing a predominantly non-contentious Wills & Estates practice, including:

• Estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and complex family businesses
• Administration of deceased estates
• Trusts, asset structures, and succession planning advice
• Some exposure to estate litigation matters as required (optional)

You will have the autonomy to run your own files while receiving mentoring and support from experienced practitioners.

What You Bring

• 5+ years PQE in Wills & Estates Law 
• Strong technical knowledge of trusts, estate planning, and administration
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Australian practising certificate
• Estate litigation experience is desirable but not essential
• A proactive, client-focused attitude and interest in professional involvement
