About the Position:
Handle Family Provision Act claims, contested probate and trustee-beneficiary disputes while advising on asset-protection structures such as succession planning and special disability trusts. You’ll engage forensic accountants, draft offers, and steer matters toward mediation wherever cost-effective.
Key Requirements: - 4+ years PAE across contested estates and trust litigation
- Confident advocate with strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence
