Our client is seeking a Senior Family Lawyer or Accredited Specialist to lead and grow their Sydney CBD team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a specialist firm offering strong client demand, flexibility, and a clear path to partnership.
Salary and Benefits Offered: - Salary range: $180,000 – $220,000 + monthly commissions

- Mentoring and supporting a team of Associate-level lawyers and legal support staff
- Playing an active role in the strategic growth of the Sydney office
- Building and managing client relationships, with a focus on service excellence
- Contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team
- Progressing toward a clear and achievable pathway to partnership and equity

Key Requirements: - 8+ years post-admission experience in Family Law
- Strong background in both parenting and property matters
- Confident in advocacy before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- Demonstrated leadership qualities or prior team management experience
- Existing referral networks within the Sydney legal market (desirable)
- Specialist Accreditation in Family Law or intent to pursue (highly regarded)
- Passion for mentoring, collaboration and delivering exceptional service
