Our client is a highly respected firm known for its strong presence across Australia, offering comprehensive legal services across commercial law, property law, insurance, dispute resolution, and more. Their Queensland offices are expanding, and they’re now seeking a talented lawyer to support a growing portfolio of high-quality transactional and advisory work.

About the Senior Position:

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join their expanding team in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid to senior-level lawyer who is eager to elevate their career in a role that offers variety, challenge, and the chance to work closely with key decision-makers.

You’ll be advising on a wide range of property and commercial transactions including:

• Drafting and registering by-laws
• Stratum scheme development and management documentation
• Strata title advisory and subdivision plans
• Integrated resort and complex property scheme transactions
• Sale of business agreements and commercial contract drafting
• Company title advice and constitution drafting
• Leasing and licensing
• Development contracts, covenants, and management statements
• Planning law and QCAT matters

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. You’ll work across a diverse client base including developers, corporations, and strata managers, handling complex files with autonomy while being supported by a collaborative team.

Key Requirements:

• 3–6 years post-admission experience in Property and/or Commercial Law
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in transactional and advisory work
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide commercially sound advice
• Solid time management and communication skills
• Desire for long-term career progression and development
