What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on senior role offering full ownership of corporate and commercial files. You’ll enjoy meaningful client contact and autonomy while working collaboratively with senior leaders.

• Advise on M&A, business structuring and compliance
• Draft and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements
• Manage and develop key client relationships
• Contribute to firm strategy, client acquisition and growth
• Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers

What You’ll Bring

• Min 3+ years corporate and commercial law with strong M&A exposure
• Confident managing files independently from start to finish
• Strong client engagement and business development capability
• Pragmatic, commercially astute and outcome-focused mindset
