What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage your own caseload of injury compensation matters with the freedom to work the way you do best. Your role will focus on meaningful advocacy rather than numbers.
- Run WorkCover, TAC and public liability files from start to finish
- Build trust with clients through honesty and communication
- Engage in negotiation, mediation and settlement work
- Collaborate closely with supportive colleagues and counsel
What You’ll Bring - At least 4-5 years’ PQE in personal injury law
- Strong advocacy & drafting capability
- Calm, professional and people-focused demeanour
- Preference for genuine collaboration over competition
