The role
As an Associate in the commercial litigation team, you’ll take ownership of files and work closely with experienced principals. This is a role offering direct client contact and exposure to significant disputes.
- Managing commercial litigation and insolvency matters
- Drafting pleadings, submissions and affidavits
- Appearing in higher courts and attending mediations
- Advising on disputes strategy and enforcement
What you’ll bring - 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation or insolvency
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills
- Desire for hands-on client engagement
- Collegiate and proactive mindset
