About the firm

Our client is a specialist corporate and commercial firm with over 50 staff across VIC and WA. The Melbourne office is busy and growing, working on high-value transactions, ASX-listed matters and cross-border deals. The role

As a Senior Associate, you’ll lead files, mentor juniors and advise a diverse client base ranging from listed entities to private companies.

• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, M&A documents and corporate structures
• Advising on compliance, governance and regulatory issues
• Managing transactions and client relationships
• Mentoring junior lawyers within the team

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical knowledge in M&A and governance
• Ability to manage complex matters independently
• Collaborative leadership style
