Lead complex institutional abuse and public liability litigation at a leading global practice, sharpening your disputes expertise and fast‐tracking your progression.

About the Firm:

Our client is a global law firm, recognized in The Legal 500 and Chambers Asia-Pacific for Dispute Resolution and Litigation. They act for government departments, public authorities and community organisations on multifaceted public liability, personal injury and institutional abuse matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of public liability and institutional abuse files.
• Draft advices, pleadings and strategic submissions for superior court hearings and inquests.
• Liaise with regulators, instruct leading barristers and coordinate multi-party litigation.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Admission to practice in Victoria with 4+ years PQE in commercial or insurance litigation.
• Experience in public liability, personal injury or institutional abuse matters.
• Exceptional drafting, advocacy and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong integrity, resilience and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
