Job Description

What’s On Offer:

  • Hybrid work, autonomy, and strong peer-to-peer support
  • Development opportunities and mentorship from senior lawyers
  • Generous perks: $5k personal development budget, wellness initiatives, parental leave

About the Company:

Our client is a full-service boutique law firm built for private clients, entrepreneurs, and family businesses. Their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team works hand-in-hand with internal specialists across tax, employment, estate planning, and commercial law. The result? A practice trusted to deliver practical advice and run disputes with impact — from lease conflicts and professional negligence to tax and trust disputes.

About the Position:

You’ll manage a variety of commercial disputes and litigation matters with mid-tier complexity and high-quality support. You’ll collaborate daily with senior Directors and capable peers in a high performing team and structure that encourages shared wins, not siloed targets. There’s no expectation to bring a practice — just proven experience, good judgment, and the interpersonal skills to become a trusted legal partner to clients and colleagues alike.

Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
  • Strong writing, strategy and file management skills
  • Preference for candidates with steady tenure in past roles
  • Open to insolvency experience but not a dealbreaker
