About the Position:

This is an ideal role for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer ready to manage their own files, conduct mediations, and liaise confidently with barristers. You will work on a diverse range of commercial disputes, including:
  • Franchising litigation and business-related conflicts
  • Contractual and commercial disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disagreements
  • Enforcement and advisory litigation matters

Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years PAE in commercial litigation
  • Must be confident in running mediations and working with counsel
  • Commercial acumen and a practical approach to resolving disputes
  • Ability to manage client relationships and advocate strategically
