About the position: Our client is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Personal Injury Lawyer at Partner level to join their Brisbane team. This is a rare opportunity to lead within a firm that champions integrity and inclusivity, with a focus on real results for clients—not billable hours.

You’ll oversee a portfolio of complex personal injury files across areas like motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, public liability, and insurance claims. Working with a capable team of junior lawyers and paralegals, you’ll help drive strategy, mentoring, and growth within the Brisbane practice while aligning with the firm’s values-based culture.

This role is suited to a senior practitioner in Personal Injury who thrives on autonomy, purpose and the chance to shape the next generation of talent within a firm that genuinely puts people first.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years PAE in Personal Injury law with demonstrated leadership experience (private practice)
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of compensation cases including MVA, Work Cover and public liability
• Ability to drive team performance while mentoring and developing staff
• Strong community-minded ethos and commitment to ethical practice
• Partnership or equity experience highly regarded, but not essential
