Our client is an ambitious, Melbourne-based, boutique firm on the rise. Current services offered by the firm include commercial law, property law (including building and construction), employment law, family law, immigration, wills and estates, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and intellectual property.

About the position:
If you’ve got big ideas and the drive to build, this is your runway. You’ll lead a Corporate and Commercial practice that supports startups and corporates alike— handling shareholder agreements, VC funding, restructures and more. You’ll be backed by a leadership team that welcomes innovation and supports execution.
Key Requirements: - Min 8+ years' experience in Corporate and/or Commercial Law within a private practice in Australia
- A portable practice is ideal, as it is something that you and the firm can build on together
- Creative legal thinker with a commercial edge
- Adaptability with a growth-mindset
