Employment Lawyer (2-5 PAE) required for award winning Employment Law Firm. Workplace Investigations focused role
Our client is a well-established Specialist Employment Law firm that is regarded as a trusted leader in employment law and workplace investigations. Based in Sydney CBD, this role offers exposure to high-profile workplace investigations and advisory matters for major corporate and government clients.

Salary and Benefits: - Competitive salary package between $85,000 – $150,000 + Additional incentives

About the Position: This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Employment Lawyer who is passionate about employment law and interested in building a career in workplace investigations. You will work closely with a mix of top-tier experienced lawyers, associates, and junior colleagues in a supportive environment that values mentoring and development.
You’ll be exposed to a wide variety of matters, including workplace investigations involving misconduct, discrimination, and harassment, along with providing legal advice on termination, equal opportunity, enterprise agreements and industrial relations.
