A well-established suburban firm in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs is seeking a confident Associate or Senior Associate-level Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post-admission experience. The role offers a broad mix of civil litigation, estates, property transactions, and family law matters.

Ideal for a practitioner who enjoys diverse client interactions, autonomy, and a balanced working environment, this position provides a long-term opportunity with variety, stability, and growth.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range of $100,000 – $160,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
• Remuneration reviewed regularly and aligned with your working style

About the Position: You’ll take ownership of a diverse practice including:

• Managing broad-ranging litigation and general civil matters
• Drafting briefs to Counsel and appearing in court as required
• Handling property transactions and leasing matters
• Advising on estates, probate, and family law issues
• Attending conferences with clients and Counsel
• Contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on quality service

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years PAE, ideally across civil litigation, estates, property, and/or family law
• Confident managing matters with autonomy
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Practical and commercially minded
• Open to learning new areas and contributing to a small firm’s growth
• Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
