About the Position:
This Special Counsel-level role is ideal for a practitioner looking to stabilise, scale, or evolve their family law practice. You'll act for sophisticated clients across divorce, parenting, financial agreements, and international matters, including Hague Convention issues. Mediation and court work are both supported.
Key Requirements: - 10+ years’ experience in family law
- Specialist accreditation advantageous but not a deal breaker
- Recognised client-handling skills and legal insight
- Comfortable mentoring juniors or growing a small team
- Must ideally have a stable work history within reputable firms
