About the Position: An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Family Lawyer (1–3 years PAE) to join our client’s dynamic and close-knit family law team. You’ll work across a variety of meaningful family law matters including parenting arrangements, property disputes, and financial settlements. You won’t be left to figure things out alone — you’ll be supported every step of the way with one-on-one mentorship, team brainstorming sessions, and open-door access to your colleagues. The team is small enough to feel like a family and experienced enough to support your growth into a confident, capable family lawyer.
With a realistic billable target of 4.5–5 hours per day, you’ll have space to focus on quality work, learning, and career progression — not just numbers.
Key Requirements: - Admitted to practise in Queensland
- 1–3 years PAE in family law
- Friendly, team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment
- Ability to manage and progress files with guidance
