Boutique Melbourne-based law firm looking for a lawyer with experience in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency.
Conditions for Success: - 2-4 Years PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Unrestricted/Full Practicing Capacity.
- Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, and can listen and follow instructions readily.
- Attention to detail - quick learner with adept analysis and approach to cases.
- Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
- Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
- Able to work collaboratively and support each other.
Your Responsibilities: - Report to & assist Partners overseeing your cases.
- Case-Load will consist of more Insolvency than Commercial Litigation
- Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
- Conduct Business Development: establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
- Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
- Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
