What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting a highly regarded litigation and workplace relations team led by an Accredited Specialist, you’ll play a central role across a range of matters from civil disputes to employment litigation.

• Prepare and file court documents across various jurisdictions
• Draft correspondence and legal research memos
• Liaise with clients, barristers and opposing parties
• Assist with mediations, settlement conferences and discovery
• Maintain accurate records, cost schedules and deadline tracking

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a law firm (either as an assistant, graduate or paralegal)
• Someone currently studying towards their legal degree beneficial
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, confident communication with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Affinity experience a plus
