About the position


Our client is looking for an experienced Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our clients' team across Tasmania. With positions available now and throughout the year, this is a standout opportunity for clinicians who want excellent earning potential, predictable weekday hours, and long-term stability.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care within your scope, supported by a collaborative clinical team. Your day-to-day may include:

• Comprehensive oral health examinations and hygiene treatment planning
• Scale and cleans, periodontal therapy and maintenance programs
• Preventive care including fluoride treatments, fissure sealants and OHI
• Paediatric dental care and patient education
• Whitening and other preventive-focused services (where offered)
• High-standard clinical notes, radiographs and digital workflows using modern systems

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Oral Health Therapist
• Full adult scope included 
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach
• Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a supportive team
• Australian working rights, or eligibility requiring support (see below)
