About the position
Our client is looking for a Lead Dentist to take ownership of clinical delivery, mentor the team, and help grow the patient books. You’ll be trusted to operate with genuine autonomy, making sound clinical decisions, guiding workflows, and driving a positive, high-performance culture.

This role suits a self-sufficient senior dentist who is comfortable balancing hands-on dentistry with leadership responsibilities and business-building initiatives.

Your clinical scope may include (based on your interests and clinic demand):
  • Comprehensive exams, treatment planning and preventive care
  • Restorative dentistry (composite fillings, crowns and bridges)
  • Root canal therapy and extractions
  • Cosmetic treatments (whitening, veneers, smile makeovers)
  • Emergency appointments and pain management
  • Clear aligners/orthodontic options (where experienced)
Key Requirements
  • AHPRA registration (Dentist) with relevant Australian experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a full book
  • Confidence leading, mentoring and uplifting a clinical team
  • Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on sustainable book growth
  • Commitment to best-practice clinical governance and compliance
