About the position Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager who genuinely understands how a dental practice should run—day-to-day flow, team leadership, patient experience, and the operational detail that keeps a clinic thriving.
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the practice running smoothly: coordinating front desk performance, optimising systems, supporting clinicians, and ensuring every patient experience reflects the quality of care delivered.
You’ll work alongside a clinical team providing a range of general dentistry services such as preventive care and examinations, composite fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, extractions, teeth whitening and dental emergencies (depending on patient needs).Your role will help ensure clinical schedules, materials, and patient communication support these services seamlessly.
Key Requirements - Minimum 3 years experience in Dental Practice Management
- Prior background as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist in a dental clinic preferred
- Proven ability to lead and coach a team (reception and support staff)
- Confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
