Job Description
Make a real impact across Perth’s southern suburbs with a friendly, growing MDT. You’ll work mostly in the community (homes, schools, childcare, allied health hubs) with clinic rooms available when needed.
Adult caseload is strong in WA, with paediatrics also available; shape the mix to your strengths.

- $1,000 PD allowance + 3 days PD leave, phone & laptop provided
- Structured WA induction with shadowing; weekly supervision for new grads, tapered as confidence grows

- Annual salary review $75,000–$110,000 (Clinical Lead to $120,000)
Your caseload (examples) - Communication & speech: language delays/disorders, voice, stuttering, and broader verbal communication needs HenderCare
- Functional communication / AAC: assessment, trial and selection of AAC and assistive tech for severe expressive communication disorders HenderCare
- Functional literacy: support with spelling, writing, reading, and practical literacy (daily schedules, recognising life signs/symbols) HenderCare
- Swallowing / mealtimes: recommendations and strategies for safe mealtimes for adults with dysphagia (e.g., post-stroke, pneumonia, oral health changes, xerostomia) HenderCare
- Mix of NDIS, aged care (incl. Support at Home), disability and home care packages clients across the lifespan
What you’ll do - Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy in homes, schools, community locations and clinic rooms (as needed)
- Collaborate with a supportive MDT (Speech Pathologists, OT, Physio, Psych, PBA); build strong relationships with families, educators and carers
- Tailor therapy to individual goals; contribute to reports, planning and outcome reviews
What you’ll bring - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology + SPA membership
- Current Australian working rights and relevant checks
- Open to experienced clinicians and new graduates
- WWCC, NDIS CLEARANCE AND NATIONAL POLICE CHECKS
- Drive and have a valid license
