Job Description

If you have experience working with children as a Psychologist, and are searching for an organisation that will support you, pay you well and surround you with a lovely team of experienced clinicians? This could be the right move for you!
  • Choose 1–5 days per week for genuine flexibility (PT through to FT)
  • Enjoy salaried stability with Psychologists earning between $120k - $150k + Super FTE .
  • Work a balanced caseload across autism/ADHD/SLD/cognitive assessments and meaningful therapy
  • Access regular supervision, case consults and structured mentoring
  • Collaborate closely with Paediatricians and Allied Health Clinicians for wrap-around outcomes

Your Duties will Include
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children, teens and young adults (0–25), with engaged parent guidance.
  • Conduct assessments, therapy sessions and clear reports with realistic scheduling and support.
  • Collaborate within a skilled multidisciplinary team while enjoying autonomy over your practice style.
  • Work out of a welcoming clinic in Newcastle’s inner suburbs.
Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience in private practice or a similar clinical setting
  • Strong experience with children and neurodivergent clients
  • AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
  • Full Australian Work Rights
