Job Description

Join a clinician-led organisation passionate about delivering high-quality therapy across the lifespan in community settings. They understand what therapists need to feel supported and stay engaged – from realistic billable targets and hands-on supervision to flexible working and comprehensive onboarding.

With strong MDT support, autonomy in your caseload, and meaningful KPIs tied to achievable rewards, they prioritise both your professional development and personal wellbeing.

What they offer:
  • Tailored onboarding: Two-week structured shadowing program with supervisors and peers, plus internal NDIS training
  • Company vehicle or $8000 annual vehicle allowance
  • Competitive salary based on experience level
  • Flexible WFH options for reporting/admin
  • Weekly and monthly supervision, MDT meetings, and 1:1 check-ins with your team manager
  • Tiered bonus system based on pro-rata billables – no targets in the first 3 months
  • Caseload control: 70/30 split of preferred vs. mixed work, with complex clients always supported by seniors
  • Strong culture of connection and support, regular check-ins to prevent burnout
About the Role:
  • Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to NDIS participants across the western suburbs
  • Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team with OTs, physios, and other speech pathologists
  • Enjoy autonomy in managing a mobile caseload with support from satellite offices and local teams
  • Participate in team-wide initiatives that support professional development and client outcomes
About You:
  • Degree in Speech Pathology and SPA membership
  • Passion for working across the lifespan within a community-based setting
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current driver's license and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
