Our client is seeking a
Child Psychologist to join its holistic multidisciplinary clinic in North Canberra starting August 2025. This salary-based role offers guaranteed caseloads from day one and a structured onboarding process to ease you into practice. Enjoy a blend of 25 in-clinic hours per week and work-from-home flexibility for reports and admin. Relocation welcome for candidates with full Australian working rights (no sponsorship provided).
What’s on Offer - Salary-based position with annual range $90,000–$110,000 plus super, plus bonus incentives rewarding KPI attainment and assessment completion.
- Work–life balance with 25 in-clinic hours per week and flexibility to complete admin and reports from home.
- Structured onboarding: reduced KPIs for first three months and gradual caseload introduction overseen by heads of department.
- Bonus scheme: receive $100 for each client above KPI targets, with potential to earn up to $130,000 per annum based on performance.
- Paid time off for programme development and up to 10 weeks annual leave when designing holiday packs.
About the Practice - Salary-based employment within a close-knit multidisciplinary team of eight clinicians and administrative support.
- Strong GP referral network and waitlist management ensures diverse client base with complex paediatric presentations.
- Integrated intake process involving multidisciplinary meetings with families to tailor holistic interventions.
